NicoleBrooke provides consulting services in tax strategy, corporate governance, and internal audit, intended for holding companies and family office businesses. Executive mentoring includes long-term investment planning, consolidated asset protection, and institutional reputation management.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services. NicoleBrooke undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to act with professional diligence. Any tax or governance recommendation is based on the legislation in force at the time of service provision.
NicoleBrooke cannot be held responsible for business decisions made by the client based on the consultancy provided. The company's total liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not offer implied guarantees regarding tax or investment results.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice, by written notification. In case of non-fulfillment of financial obligations, NicoleBrooke reserves the right to suspend services immediately. Upon termination, the client receives a final report with the deliverables completed.
NicoleBrooke reserves the right to modify these terms with a prior notice of 15 days, sent by email or published on the website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Fees are established by contract and invoiced according to agreed terms. Returns are possible only for services not yet started, within 14 days of signing the contract. For partially provided services, proportional invoicing applies.
